1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Sale/discounted items (optional—agar tum allow nahi karna chahte)
2. Return Process

- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you
3. Refund Policy (COD Orders)
- Since this is a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
4. Exchange Option (Recommended)
You can also request an exchange for:
- Size change
- Different item (depending on stock availability)
5. Shipping Charges
- If the item is damaged or incorrect → Return shipping is FREE
- If customer changes mind → Shipping cost may be deducted
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

- Orders may be confirmed via call before dispatch
- Refused deliveries may result in future order restrictions
