1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Sale/discounted items (optional—agar tum allow nahi karna chahte)

2. Return Process

  • Our team will review and approve your request
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you

3. Refund Policy (COD Orders)

  • Since this is a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

4. Exchange Option (Recommended)

You can also request an exchange for:

  • Size change
  • Different item (depending on stock availability)

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect → Return shipping is FREE
  • If customer changes mind → Shipping cost may be deducted

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Important Notes

  • Please ensure correct address & phone number
  • Orders may be confirmed via call before dispatch
  • Refused deliveries may result in future order restrictions
